- Accurate information. You are responsible for entering accurate medication information. Errors in medication data (name, dose, frequency) may affect scheduling and reminders.
- Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@healthnexus.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Permitted use. HealthNexus is a personal medication management tool. Commercial resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of third parties without written consent from Smartmed Devices and Services Corp. is prohibited.
- Intellectual property. All content, software, and algorithms within HealthNexus are the exclusive property of Smartmed Devices and Services Corp.
- Limitation of liability. HealthNexus is not liable for any loss, harm, or adverse health outcomes arising from reliance on information provided by this application without independent medical oversight.
- Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
- Changes to terms. We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of HealthNexus following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
